What Is 64Hydro?
64Hydro is a company that sells lots of personalized stuff like apparel, flags, and fun family drinkware.
But its most popular products are water tracking bottles you can use to motivate yourself to drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.

It’s true that the recommendation for daily water for both men and women is higher than 64 fl oz.
But remember that you do get a lot of fluids from other foods and beverages and 64 fl oz is a really good place to start.
64Hydro sent us a couple of water tracking bottles as well as a steel insulated tumbler to try out.
Two of these bottles had the option to personalize with our names so we got to try out that feature as well.
We got the water bottles and tumbler surprisingly quickly.
Everything was professionally packaged and nothing was damaged during shipping.

We wanted to be able to really test out their products especially from the perspective of full-time RVers and campers.
We’ve had them for about a month and I can honestly say that I’ve been drinking a lot more water than I used to, and I use 64Hydro water bottles daily.
In this article, I’m going to review each water bottle and the tumbler we received and give you my full and honest opinion about them, including all the pros and cons.
The exact prints we have on our 64Hydro bottles may no longer be available since they seem to sell out pretty quickly.
But new designs are being added for not only camping, hiking, and outdoors people but almost every other kind of style and activity you can imagine.
You can find similar designs to the ones we reviewed or brand new ones that fit your style and personality better.

64Hydro Reviews
64Hydro 32oz Motivational Water Bottle
My first impressions of the plastic 32 oz. water tracker bottle from 64Hyrdo was how tall and skinny it was.
It’s 11 inches tall with the lid on and a little less than 3 inches in diameter at the base.
I think they decided to go with tall and skinny so it will fit in a standard sized cup holder, which is a pro in my opinion.
The second thing I noticed was the quality of the plastic bottle part. It’s made with thick frosted plastic that has just a tiny bit of give.
So far it’s been able to withstand the times I’ve accidentally dropped it which is a good sign.
The graphics on the front and back look great. I went with the Wander Woman design.
The print does stick up a little bit and you can feel it under your fingers but it seems like it’s going to be pretty durable.

This water tracker bottle is not dishwasher save and 64Hydro recommends washing it will warm water by hand.
I’ve washed it a few times, and so far the print hasn’t been damaged at all.
Now for my favorite part about this 64Hydro water bottle. The lid and fruit infusion filter.
The lid has a clear plastic cap on the top you open by pressing a button on the front.
The button also has a lock on it which means you can store it in a bag or backpack without worrying about it opening and leaking water.
When you press the button the lid springs all the way open and stays in an open position so it doesn’t hit your face when you tilt it up to drink.
The opening you drink from is small but you get plenty of water and there is an air hole on the top that stops any kind of vacuum effect that is so common with regular water bottles.
This specific water bottle comes with a small fruit infusion filter. I’ve never used one of these before and after trying it out I’m hooked.
The mouth of the bottle is fairly wide so there’s plenty of room to fit lime, lemon, and even orange slices.
All you have to do is fill put some sliced fruit in the water bottle, fill it with water, place the fruit infusion filter over the top, put on the lid, and you have refreshing tasty water.
Even though the holes are small to stop any unwanted seeds it still allows plenty of water through for regular drinking.
There is also a thick blue cotton lanyard connected to a plastic ring that goes around the top of the bottle.
It has a cool design and is strong enough to hold the water bottle even when it’s full and it’s comfortable around my wrist. It’s pretty long and I’ve had no problems slipping my hand through it.

The water tracking feature is simple. 64Hydro has added markings on the side that not only tell you how much water is left but it also lets you know how much water you should be drinking hourly to reach the goal of drinking 64 oz of water a day.
By 8 a.m you should have already drunk a few ounces of water. After 1 p.m you should be finished with 32 oz and it’s time to refill the water bottle.
You then start over from the top and go from 2 p.m to 7 p.m.
It’s a good schedule that’s fairly easy to follow. Each hour also has some motivational text like “remember your goal” or “don’t give up.”
If you’ve been struggling with drinking enough water every day using the schedule on this water tracking bottle should help a lot.

I’ve been using it mostly for hiking and exercising which means I drink an entire bottle in a couple of hours but I’ve used it when working at my desk and comparing the time with what is on the bottle has helped me keep hydrating better throughout the day.
In conclusion, the plastic 64Hydro water tracker bottle with a fruit infuser is awesome.
I really like how easy it is to get a lot of water fast when I’m working out and the fruit infuser is something I never knew I wanted, but I now use it every day.
Everything seems like it’s high quality, including the print, and the plastic is BPA-free.
I like the Wander Woman design I got but there are hundreds of others to fit your exact style. It’s not designed to keep water cold but it’s still great to use on hikes or daily.

64Hydro 32 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle With Straw
This is the water bottle I have used the most for daily water and while sitting at my desk working. It’s a 32 oz double-wall insulated stainless steel water bottle that uses a straw.
My first impression of it is that the parts are of excellent quality and the print that is a sort of plastic wrap around the bottle is going to last.
One thing I can say for sure is that the colors on this stainless steel water bottle are much richer and better looking than what was in the product photos.

It’s a great looking bottle and the saying on it makes it kind of fun. I like the color scheme and I was happy to see that the images and texts look sharp and well designed.
This was one of the water bottles that could be personalized. You can use up to 20 characters for a name or saying and the font is a fancy cursive script.
The personalization feature is something you expect from fun family drinkware.
You can get different prints to fit the personality of each family member and add their name to make it more personal. It’s great for giving as gifts for special occasions or parties.
The water bottle is 9 1/2 inches tall with the lid on and around 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the bottom.
The straw is removable and it can be used without it if you prefer that style. To open the spout on the water bottle you push on a plastic tab that is connected to a short straw that folds up.
If you have the straw attached you don’t need to tilt the stainless steel water bottle to drink from it. This makes it nice to have at work or home since you can get water fast without moving your hands.
The straw and spout are fairly large and there is an air hole on the lid as well which makes getting water from it even with the straw easy.

One downside to the fold open spout style is it can be difficult to open with one hand. Most of the time I just leave it open when it’s sitting next to me.
When folded down it doesn’t leak and it can be stored in a bag or backpack.
The mouth on the 64Hydro stainless steel insulated water bottle is large enough to easily fill and I was able to get a sponge inside to properly clean around the rim.
The lid has a strong plastic ring built in you can use to carry the bottle around or clip it to a backpack. It’s surprisingly heavy duty and about 1 inch in diameter.
It’s a nice feature but I noticed it became a little uncomfortable to hold when I took it hiking. It’s great for taking on short walks or carrying around the house or office but I prefer the lanyard style for long distances.

The water bottle is made with vacuum insulated 18/8 pro-grade stainless steel that doesn’t rust and is very durable. In the month I’ve used it there has been zero rust and no wear, not even on the printed part of it.
The insulation is my favorite part about this version of the 64Hydro water tracker bottle. It really does keep water cold all day.
64Hydro says it’s technically ok to wash this water bottle in the dishwasher but they don’t recommend it. Washing it in warm water by hand is going to help keep the lid and print nicer longer.
This is technically a water tracking bottle just like the plastic version. It has the markings and motivational sayings on the side but it is much harder to use since you can’t see the water levels without taking off the lid first.
It’s still nice to have since it helps remind you to drink water hourly and you know that you should have finished one bottle by 1 p.m but if you want to be able to fully use the hydration tracking feature I suggest getting the plastic 64Hydro water bottle instead.
My final thoughts and review of the 64Hydro stainless steel water bottle with straw is that it not only is a fun personalized product but it’s also a high-quality water bottle that is easy to use and will help you drink more water.
I’ve taken it on hikes, used it while working, and just had it close by when hanging out in the camper. I can honestly say that this is a water bottle I would recommend to others for using every day.

- Can Be Personalized
- Great Looking Graphics
- Print Wraps Seems Durable & Well Made
- Large Open Mouth For Easy Filling & Cleaning
- Lid & Handle Made Of Strong Thick Plastic
- Easy To Drink From

64Hydro 20 oz Stainless Steel Tumbler
I’m going to start off by giving you the specs on this stainless steel tumbler followed by my review and the results of my test for how long it can keep water hot.
The tumbler can hold up to 20 oz of liquid and it comes with a BPA-free plastic travel lid that has a hole in the center you can put a straw through.
I really like this style of travel mug lid and it’s nice that it pushes on instead of screws on.

The mug part is made with 18/8 food-grade stainless steel that has 3 layers of insulation.
First the common double-walled vacuum insulation followed by a copper coating that helps keep the outside of the stainless steel mug from sweating.
This mug is advertised by 64Hydro to be dishwasher safe but as suggested before, hand washing is going to keep the print looking nicer longer.
It’s 7 inches tall with the lid on and around 2 3/4 inches in diameter at the base. It slowly gets wider and the mouth of the mug is around 3 1/2 inches in diameter. It should fit in any standard size of cup holder.
Now for my review of the 64Hydro stainless steel tumbler. I already had a 20 oz stainless steel tumbler I use twice a day for coffee so switching to the one made by 64Hydro was easy.
So far it’s almost exactly the same as my old tumbler I researched a ton online about before purchasing a couple of years ago.

I don’t use the travel lids very often because it would take hours for my coffee to cool down enough for me to drink it but I did test it out and it doesn’t leak.
The snap over lid that covers the drinking hole can be opened with one hand which is almost a must have for drinking coffee on the go.
The 64Hydro tumbler is advertised to be able to keep liquid hot for 12 hours and cold for 24. The cold part I’m not so worried about but I really wanted to test its heat holding capabilities.
My old tumbler has always been fantastic at holding heat so I did a direct comparison by pouring hot water into each mug. The water was 201°F in each mug when I started.
After one hour the water in my old tumbler and the 64Hydro tumbler was 183°F. After two hours the water in the old tumbler was 169°F and 165°F in the 64Hydro.
In my opinion, those numbers are actually pretty impressive. After 3 hours my old tumbler was at 158°F and the 64Hydro was 153°F.
I like to drink my coffee at around 145°F which means the 64Hydro tumbler has more than enough capabilities to keep my coffee not just warm but hot for at least 3-4 hours.
I think going untouched for 12 hours the liquid inside would not be hot but definitely still warm.
That being said my test was done in a 65-70°F travel trailer. Stainless steel tumblers naturally lose heat quicker when the air around them is colder.

As far as the holding heat test goes I would say it passed and performed better than I expected. If you want a travel mug that will keep your coffee hot the 64Hydro is a fantastic choice.
Because of the many choices of graphics and the personalization option this tumbler also falls under the fun family drinkware category.
You can get a tumbler to fit any style and put people’s names on them to use as gifts for any occasion including large family camping trips.
Much like the other stainless steel products from 64Hydro the print is on a wrap that is fused to the steel.
You can feel the text and some of the graphics with your fingers but they are really stuck onto the tumbler. I tried to scratch them off with my fingernails and no damage was done.
The font used for the personalization of the tumbler is the same one used for all other 64Hydro products. It’s a fancy cursive that is easy to read. You can use up to 20 characters for a name or saying and it runs vertically on the mug.
The edges of the name we had printed on it were slightly fuzzy and not as sharp as the name printed on the 32 oz stainless steel water bottle but it still looks good and it’s not very noticeable.
The stainless steel tumblers by 64Hydro are surprisingly good at keeping coffee hot and the quality of the large print seems durable and looks great.
Tumblers are perfect for campers and RVers because we love products we can use for more than one thing.
With tumblers like these, we can keep our soda cold or our coffee hot. These personalized tumblers make great gifts. I enjoy using mine for my morning coffee.

Conclusion About 64Hydro Water Bottles & Tumblers
I’ve been using all three of these products for about a month now and so far I’ve honestly been impressed with the quality and usability of them.
I wasn’t expecting much at first since they are just water bottles and tumblers, but I ended up really liking each one.
I would give these as gifts to people and recommend them to others any day. The company was easy to work with and they have a crazy amount of designs to choose from.

And if you’re trying to drink more water every day the water tracker on the plastic 64Hydro bottle is easy to use and it really does help remind you to drink more water.
Another thing I noticed is that 64Hydro sells replacement lids for every one of its water bottles and tumblers.
Lids are the number one thing that always breaks first on water bottles so it’s nice to see I can easily get a replacement if it ever happens.
