The Brown Springs Campground is on BLM land. It’s not only free but very well made. There are 10 campsites in total with lots of amenities in a beautiful area.

Caddis Flats Campground is very small but free. It’s right next to the San Miguel River and some beautiful red cliffs. If there’s space it’s some great camping.
Escalante Canyon Road is a large recreation area with free camping along the road. There’s lots of hiking and mountain biking but few real campsites.
The Rabbit Valley Camping Areas is a free campground in Colorado near the Utah border. It’s accessible to RVs of all sizes and the sites are clean & well made.
This free camping area is a great place to stop on your way to Salt Lake City Utah or Arches National Park. There’s a rest stop nearby and great cell reception.
Tom’s Best Spring Dispersed Camping Area is a forest road with tons of large campsites. It’s only 10 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park & next to Red Canyon.
Sacramento Pass Recreation Area is a free campground near Great Basin National Park. There are tons of amenities, large campsites, a pond, and horse corrals.
Although camping overnight on the Bonneville Salt Flats is not allowed you can camp just a mile away at the foot of the Silver Island Mountains for free.
The Morgan Bar Recreation Site is a beautiful little campground on the Salmon River near the town of Salmon Idaho. The sites are large, clean, & RV friendly.
Blodgett Campground is a free National Forest Campground near the trailhead of the Blodgett Canyon Waterfall in the Bitterroot Mountains of Montana.
