Vlog #6 Recap & Info
In this video, we share a day in the life of full-time RVers camping out in a boondocking site near Glacier National Park in Montana.
We’d heard that the area we were in was full of wild huckleberry bushes so we set out to find some for ourselves.

Later, we head out to find a good swimming hole on the North Fork Flathead River just a few miles down the road. We found a great place to cool off but the trail down was steep and difficult to hike on.
You can read more about the campsite we were staying at in the McGinnis Creek campground review here. There are coordinates to our campsite as well as information on other free campgrounds and campsites in the area.
Finally, we make some jam using the berries we picked. You can find the recipe we used here.
Even though we didn’t do too many fancy things like explore a national park or go on a long hike we thought it would be fun to share a little bit of what we do around the campsite.

We like to explore the areas we camp at to try and make the most of our days as full-time RVers. Even going on a huckleberry hunt or trying to find a good place to swim in the river can be an adventure.
