Moist Banana Bread For Small Air Fryers
A very easy banana bread recipe for baking in a mini air fryer. It's quick to throw together and turns out moist and delicious every time.

Instructions
Melt butter in microwave, put in medium sized mixing bowl, and add sugar. Mix until butter has cooled to room temperature.
Add egg, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl mash banana with fork and combine with sour cream. Add walnuts if desired.
Add banana mixture to main batter. Slowly mix or fold together until combined but not totally smooth.
Grease pan with butter.
Fill pan with bread batter about 1/4-1/2 way full. Do not fill past 1/2 line as bread will raise a lot during baking.
Set air fryer to 325F.
Bake for 20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Bake time may vary slightly depending on what kind of pan is used.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing bread from pan.
Notes
If using the round 5 inch cake pan this recipe will make two loaves.
